A very minor case of serious brain damage

I'll go with the Ramoceros here. The turkey doesn't seem to have any weapons other than brute force, and the Ramoceros seems to out-match it there.

(I doubt pecking will be very effective  )

But surely not so powerful that they can just shrug off a better-built animal that's double their weight?

9 kilos is that decisive? I dunno. The turkey can fly and slash at the pronghorn to make up for lower speed and size.

Well, when 9 kilos is almost the entire weight of the lighter participant, it'd be a significant advantage. Maybe not decisive, but still a major edge. Especially considering the Ramoceros isn't exactly bulky - so, not much of its 20kg will be dead weight.

And, yeah, the turkey could certainly kick, and use the spikes on the back of its legs as a weapon. I'm not sure how powerful its kicks are, though (its legs don't look particularly muscular, but I am guessing it has quite a bit of leg muscle further up). I'm guessing the Ramoceros could easily counter with kicks of its own, though.
